Spend your holidays or weekends in a lovely 3 rooms apartment set in the attic in Juodkrante. The apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen connected with living-room, and bathroom (shower and WC). Maximum 6 people can stay in the apartment at one time. In the apartment you will find everything you need for your stay: refrigerator, electric stove, kettle, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. There is a TV in the living-room, bedding and towels in the bedrooms. There is a parking lot near the building and a locked room for your bicycles.
The apartment is located in the attic of an 8 apartments building in the centre of Juodkrante, Ievos Kalno street, close to a pinewood. You can also rent another apartment in the same building, INFO Nr. 04100 or an apartment in a different building in the same street, INFO Nr. 04080 if they are available.
Pets are not allowed.
Accommodation is not adapted for the disabled.
Parking lot near the house.
No resting site near the house.
Catering services are not provided

If the booking is cancelled a month before the arrival date, the deposit is repaid.
Check–in time: 3pm. Check–out time: 12pm.
Payment is upfront: by transfer to the tenant‘s account just before the arrival or in cash on the arrival date.
The apartment tenant has the right to charge additional payment if more people arrive to the apartment than it was agreed upon the booking.
The apartment tenant has the right to claim a compensation for any damages made.
During your stay time please do not move any furniture around, inform the apartment tenant about any damages made, do not use grill in the balcony, use towels and bedding for its purpose.
The owner of the accommodation rented is being held responsible for the authenticity of the information about the accommodation.
