The villa “Lotmiškis” is situated in the very center of Nida, in the ethnographic zone of inhabitance, reigned by peace and comfort. The villa was reconstructed in the year 2010 in the traditional architectural style of the region; the materials of the highest quality, progressive technologies and modern solutions were used for this purpose.

6 rooms, where up to 20 holiday-makers can have a rest, are being rented out at the villa “Lotmiškis” all year round.

Room № 1 The 1st floor, the suite, consisting out of 2 rooms, total space: 37 sq.m., number of places: 2+2.	Room № 2 The 1st floor, 1 room, total space: 24 sq. m., number of places: 2+1.	Room № 3 The 2nd floor. 1 room, total space: 25 sq. m., number of places: 2.	Room № 4 The 2nd floor, 1 room, total space: 16 sq. m., number of places: 2.

Room № 5 The 2nd floor, 1 room, total space: 30 sq. m., number of places: 2+1.	Room № 6 The 2nd floor, the suite, consisting out of 2 rooms, total space: 32 sq. m., number of places: 2+2.	There are the shower-cabin, WC, heated floor, mirror, provided with lighting, and a hair-drier in the room, assigned for hygiene.

These rooms are comfortable, cozy and stylishly arranged. The elegant furniture of a high quality, convenient beds, provided with mattresses and bedclothes of a good quality, are placed in the rooms; there are the rooms of hygiene with the heated floor, shower-cabin and WC. Each room is provided with the individual system of air-conditioning and the automated heating, which is being regulated, as well as with the wide-format TV-set. There are a mini-refrigerator, electric kettles and china in the rooms; the cookers with the glass-ceramic surface are installed in the suites, consisting out of two rooms.
